Description
The 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS) is seeking quotes for the rental of portable restrooms for the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The show will be held on August 8th and 9th, 2026, and the contractor will be required to provide 138 standard portable restrooms, 15 ADA handicapped portable restrooms, and 15 hand washing stations. The restrooms must be uniform in color and serviced throughout the period of performance to maintain sanitary conditions. The contractor must also provide one individual and one pump truck to be on site at minimum.
• The contractor must deliver and set up the restrooms by 10:00 AM CDT on August 7, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a capabilities statement via email to Tyler Imhoff at [email protected] before 11:00 AM CDT, 21 April 2026.
• The evaluation factors for this contract will be price and technical capability.
• The award will be made to the offeror with the lowest total evaluated price determined to be technically acceptable.
