Description
The US Air Force is seeking quotes for various promotional items, including t-shirts, water bottles, and pens, to support the Integrated Prevention Program. The items must display the IPP logo and/or contain information about the program. The contract is new, and there is no incumbent contractor. The Buy American Act applies to this solicitation, and all items require a quote. The contractor will need to provide proof/draft before production begins, and equivalent products are acceptable if they meet or exceed the stated specifications.
• The promotional items include 1000 black soft acrylic fiber beanies, 200 black baseball caps, 580 heather green t-shirts, 580 purple t-shirts, 580 ocean blue t-shirts, and other items.
• The items must be delivered to 1710 Congressman WL Dickinson Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109.
• The contractor must provide a warranty that the items are free from manufacturing defects.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and provide equivalent products that meet or exceed the stated specifications.
