R--Appraisal Services

The United States Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, is seeking appraisal services for multiple properties. The appraisals will be used to establish market value for the properties, and the government intends to issue multiple solicitations and award multiple purchase orders to qualified contractors. Interested contractors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management and possess the necessary licenses and professional qualifications required to perform appraisal services in the state(s) for which they submit quotations. The government will use price as the primary selection factor and award to the technically acceptable quote presenting the lowest price. • The appraisals listed include properties in Washington and California. • The government reserves the right to issue the solicitation(s) on an unrestricted basis if fewer than two small businesses respond. • Interested contractors should email [email protected] by June 23 at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time to indicate their interest.
