Description
The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to provide financial management support services to the Deputy Commandant for Programs and Resources (DC P&R) Budget & Execution (B&E) Division. The contractor will provide technical, administrative, and professional services to assist DC P&R B&E in the sustainment, improvement, and optimization of the HQMC fiscal execution business processes. The scope of work includes financial execution level data management, analysis, and reporting support, field level execution monitoring and corrections support, current year operational support, and other related tasks. The contractor will be required to provide monthly status reports, quarterly program status reports, and other deliverables as specified in the contract.
• The contractor will provide support for financial management systems, including the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and the Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
• The contractor will analyze civilian labor execution reports and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• The contractor will generate and reconcile system reports from various financial management systems.
• The contractor will provide monthly system support and training to HQMC DAI users.
• The contractor will prepare and monitor required metrics and status reports.
