The United States Space Force is seeking a small‑business‑only firm to provide full audio‑visual services for its “T‑Minus 10‑Miler” race event at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The contractor must supply, install, operate, and maintain a stage, speaker systems, wireless microphones, video screens, and an independent power solution for the start‑line, finish‑line, and indoor awards ceremony, as well as provide on‑site staffing and security compliance. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a base year (December 2026) and up to four one‑year options through 2030.
• Provide a 20 × 10 ft stage, two outdoor speakers, UHF mic kits, two 96‑inch video screens, and self‑contained power for each event day.
• Perform set‑up on the Friday before the race (10:00‑17:00), be on‑site by 05:00 Saturday for testing, and support the race and awards ceremony, then tear‑down.
• Meet strict security and badge requirements (badge request ≥ 3 weeks prior, all personnel U.S. citizens, background‑check clearance).
