Description
Knox County is seeking a contractor to provide outfitter services, including instructional, rental, guide, retail, food, and beverage services, for a period of 10 years with a possible extension of 10 years. The contractor will lease and operate a 2,000 square foot building at The Cove at Concord Park. The services are anticipated to include instruction and guide services in canoe, kayak, climbing, hiking, bicycling, and camping, as well as rental of equipment and retail sales. The contractor will be required to provide daily maintenance to the leased space and pay for any desired improvements. The contractor must also provide proof of financial and business capability, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
