The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences (ADFS) is soliciting a sole‑source, one‑year agreement for Alacourt on‑line services. The contract will provide unlimited user access to Alacourt’s web‑based forensic case management platform, including statement fees, case monitoring, attorney‑package support, and over‑age page‑view charges. Pricing is fixed for the life of the contract and the agreement may be renewed annually, not to exceed a total contract value of $25,000 or five years.
