Description
The Texoma Community Center is seeking proposals from established, qualified, and experienced janitorial service professionals to maintain their offices in Sherman, Texas. The Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides community-based mental health and intellectual and developmental disability services. The proposal should include instructions, requirements, and deadlines as presented in RFP # TCC27003.
• The Center has approximately 170 employees and operates nine facility locations within the service area of Cooke, Grayson, and Fannin Counties.
• Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail or hand delivery by 10:00 A.M. (CST) on August 17, 2026.
• The Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and is not obligated to accept the lowest cost proposal.
• The RFP does not obligate the Center to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
