Utilities Customer Satisfaction Survey Services

The St. Johns County Utilities Department is seeking a qualified consultant to design, administer, and analyze a customer satisfaction survey. The survey will measure customer perceptions related to water quality, service delivery, customer service, reliability, and communication with Utilities staff. The selected consultant will develop a professionally designed survey instrument, conduct data collection, provide benchmarking against comparable utilities where available, and deliver clear analytical reporting to support Utilities operational planning and customer service improvement initiatives.
