Description
The Washington County Transit is seeking bids for a liquid roof coating system. The project includes the application of a liquid roof coating to the Washington County Transit building. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on January 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM (ET). Bidders are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. The bid deadline is February 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM (ET).
• The liquid roof coating system must have a 15-year labor and material warranty.
• The bid must include the price for the liquid roof coating system and the warranty.
• The bid must be submitted in a lump sum.
• The bidder must provide a signature to bids and other required attachments.
