Replacement of Data Command Center UPS System

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System in Central Hall's Data Command Center at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The project includes demolition and removal of existing UPS equipment, installation of a new UPS system and batteries, and testing and commissioning of the complete system. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and standards, including IEEE 1184, NEMA PE 1, and the National Electric Code. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal and disposal of existing UPS equipment and batteries • Installation of a new UPS system and batteries • Testing and commissioning of the complete system • Compliance with applicable codes and standards • Coordination with Authority Engineering and ITD for temporary power systems and monitoring points • Provision of equipment and facilities, including temporary lighting, lifts, and porta-potties • Performance of any and all work necessary to complete the project
