Robin Hood Park Improvements Design Project

The City of Keene is seeking statements of qualifications from consulting firms for the preliminary engineering, public outreach, preliminary design, permitting, NEPA approval, final design, development of contract documents for construction and bid-phase services for the rehabilitation/improvements project at the existing Robin Hood Park. The proposed project is funded in part by the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant Project # 33-00769 and through City CIP allocated funds. The project includes two phases: Phase 1 for the rehabilitation of the pool and Phase 2 for the improvements to the park. The selected consultant will be required to develop a detailed scope of work as part of the contract negotiation process. • The project includes the rehabilitation of the pool, improvements to the park, and the development of contract documents for construction. • The selected consultant will be required to conduct public engagement and provide recommendations to the City. • The project is expected to be completed in 24 months. • The City reserves the right to negotiate directly with the firm selected for additional project work.
