Description
The Franklin County Government is seeking bids for the replacement of 2,080 water meters and all related appurtenances. The project will receive partial funding from the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and is subject to federal and state laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with various requirements, including Executive Order No. 11246 and the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the awarded Contract amount.
