Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide executive coaching services for the District Attorney's office. The selected vendor will be required to provide 60-minute interviews with the DA, Chief Deputy, ADA, and Bureau Director levels, as well as assessment and interpretation services using the Myers-Briggs Type II and Zenger Folkman 360 tools. The vendor will also be required to provide travel hours for in-person meetings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contract will require the vendor to provide coaching services for a minimum of 32 coachees.
• The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and materials for the coaching sessions.
• The vendor will be required to provide a detailed report of the coaching services provided, including any assessments and recommendations.
• The vendor will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle all information provided by the County in a professional and discreet manner.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and non-discrimination.
