Description
The City of Pembroke is seeking engineering firms to provide preliminary design services for a potential FY2026 CDBG project. The project aims to provide water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements. Interested firms should submit their proposals, including their history, resources, key personnel, experience with similar projects, and fees. The city encourages Section 3 Business Concerns to apply.
• The project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended.
• The city abides by various laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
• Proposals should be received no later than 5:00 PM on December 20, 2025.
• The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
