Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive HVAC/Direct Digital Control (DDC) support for its facilities. The contract requires two on‑site technician visits per year (each 6 h onsite + 2 h travel), remote facility systems manager support, account management, performance monitoring, on‑line troubleshooting, on‑site training for Niagara Workbench and basic DDC programming, preventive maintenance, control‑loop evaluation and tuning, as well as limited mechanical/electrical repairs and material provisioning with a 5 % markup. The work is to be performed under a multi‑year agreement with no fixed term disclosed.
• On‑site visits: 2 × 48 h per year covering HVAC controls, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
• Remote support & diagnostics: performance monitoring, modem‑based troubleshooting, and account management.
• Training: Niagara Workbench, scheduling, graphics changes, basic DDC programming, and pneumatic/electrical basics.
• Maintenance & repairs: preventive inspections, control loop tuning, calibration, and limited mechanical/electrical component replacement.
• Materials: vendor may supply non‑warranty parts at standard cost + 5 % markup.
