Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide housekeeping services for 36 vacation rental cottages at the Blakeslee AF Recreation Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contract will be for a non-appropriated fund purchase, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The evaluation criteria for the proposal will include technical, price, and past performance.
• The contractor must provide a staffing plan and approach to ensuring the service is completed.
• The contractor must provide a price for the services, and the government will evaluate the price for reasonableness and unbalanced pricing.
