The Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service housekeeping, including aseptic management, for three statewide facilities in Tuscaloosa. The contract is for three years with optional extensions for a fourth and fifth year at the same rates. The scope covers custodial care, on‑site Director of Housekeeping at each location, comprehensive staff training, health‑screening, uniform requirements, security clearances, and a detailed quality‑control/improvement plan.
