Fairmont State University is seeking qualified contractors to replace and upgrade HVAC equipment across three campus buildings. The work includes removal of existing rooftop units, exhaust fans, grease‑hood units, a pool de‑humidifier, and the ATC automation server, followed by installation of new packaged rooftop units, indoor air‑handling units, condensers, and associated controls.
