Description
The National Park Service is seeking a vendor to provide portable toilet services at Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in Wisconsin. The contract will require the vendor to supply and service up to 12 portable toilets, with two being ADA accessible, during the winter ice cave season. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the toilets, servicing them regularly, and ensuring they are clean and well-maintained. The contract is expected to last for approximately 29 days, from February 15, 2026, to March 15, 2026.
Key requirements include:
• Supplying up to 12 portable toilets with hand sanitizer dispensers
• Delivering and placing the toilets as directed by park staff
• Servicing the toilets regularly, including pumping, refilling toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and general cleaning
• Responding to service requests from park staff within one hour
• Developing and maintaining a quality program to ensure services are performed in accordance with commonly accepted commercial practices
