HPE_DELL Compellent Server Support

The County of Riverside Information Technology Department is soliciting quotations for HPE/Dell Compellent Server Support Renewal from authorized HPE/Dell partners/resellers. The required support includes various ProLiant DL380 G10 CTO servers and a Compellent SC9000 2nd Controller. Bidders must provide a quote on company letterhead and a letter from HPE/Dell confirming partner/reseller authorization. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • The County requires support for multiple servers, including ProLiant DL380 G10 CTO 12LFF Chassis and ProLiant DL380 G10 CTO 24SFF Chassis. • A Compellent SC9000 2nd Controller is also required. • All licenses, upgrades, or patches shall be delivered via electronic download. • The County is exempt from California Sales and Use tax on electronically downloaded software. • Bidders must be authorized HPE/Dell partners/resellers.
