Mold remediation/HVAC services at Coast Guard Sector Key West UPH

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide mold remediation and HVAC services at the Coast Guard Sector Key West facility. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. The scope of work includes HVAC improvements and maintenance services. A site visit is highly recommended to field verify the requirements and meet with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
