RFPQ 26040 Water Treatment Facilities SCADA & PLC Upgrade & Integration

The Athens-Clarke County Government is seeking pre-qualification applications from general contractors for the Water Treatment Facilities SCADA & PLC Upgrade & Integration project. The project involves upgrading the current SCADA systems at the water treatment plant, remote water storage sites, and three water reclamation facilities. The contractor will be responsible for installing, programming, and integrating new SCADA servers, workstations, and PLCs, as well as providing maintenance and repair services. The estimated cost of the project is between $500,000 and $800,000. • The contractor must have experience with SCADA system upgrades and integration. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience with SCADA projects. • The contractor must have a written safety program and provide proof of insurance. • The contractor must be licensed to work in the state of Georgia. • The contractor must provide a list of previous projects and references.
