Description
The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, AVTEC, is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing a comprehensive campus management system. The system should support student management, scheduling, reporting and analytics, property management, and facilities requests. Vendors are expected to provide information on their company background, solution overview, implementation approach, pricing structure, and service model. The system should be cloud-based, with robust configuration capabilities, clear pricing models, and strong data ownership and security standards.
• The system should support approximately 150 active students and 40-50 system users.
• The system should be able to integrate with other enterprise systems, such as finance, HR, and learning management systems.
• The system should have built-in and ad-hoc reporting tools.
• The system should have a robust security and compliance framework.
• The vendor should provide at least three client references.
