The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services, is seeking to award a contract as a sole source to West Publishing Corporation for Westlaw software and support. The contract is for the use of IDHS Divisions of Behavioral Health and Recovery and Developmental Disabilities. The required date for the contract is 07/01/2026.
