FULL SERVICE OPERATING LEASES FOR EQUIPMENT AT KEIFER LANDFILL

The County of Sacramento, Department of Waste Management & Recycling is soliciting proposals for the procurement of Full-Service Operating Leases for equipment, including two tractor dozers and one landfill compactor, for use at the Sacramento County Kiefer Landfill. The County will operate the equipment up to 7-days per week, 52-weeks per year. The proposal should include pricing, technical specifications, experience, references, and risk assessment. The contract will be awarded based on factors other than price alone, and the County reserves the right to make modifications to the scoring and weight structure prior to the evaluation of responses. • The equipment will be used for waste management and recycling purposes. • The contract will include insurance requirements, including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and county statutes, ordinances, regulations, directives, and laws. • The contract will include a non-collusion affidavit and a certification of compliance with the Iran Contracting Act. • The contractor will be required to provide customer references and a risk assessment questionnaire.
