The Defense Health Agency is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide non‑personnel courier services for clinical diagnostic specimens, pharmacy boxes, supplies and related paperwork at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH) in Pyeongtaek, Korea. The contractor will operate Monday‑Friday, handling temperature‑controlled shipments (room, refrigerated, frozen) and emergency deliveries, using a vehicle equipped with air‑conditioning and appropriate coolers. The base period runs 1 Dec 2026 – 30 Nov 2027 with up to four one‑year options.
