Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking professional design services for the replacement of two Full-Service Maintenance Facilities in Henry and Wyandot counties. The selected A/E team will provide services including program verification, schematic design, design development, construction document preparation, bid and award support, construction administration, and post-construction. The project will utilize general contracting delivery methods for construction contracts. The estimated construction cost for each facility is $13,720,370.00, and the estimated basic fee range is 6.00% to 6.25% of the construction cost.
• The project involves the design and construction of full-service maintenance facilities, including truck storage buildings, administration sections, mechanical services sections, cold storage structures, salt storage structures, material storage structures, and vehicle wash bays.
• The selected A/E team will be required to participate in the Encouraging Diversity, Growth & Equity (EDGE) Program and provide on-site construction administration services during the construction period.
• The evaluation criteria for selection include demonstrated ability to meet the owner's project vision, scope, budget, and schedule, as well as relevant past work experience and qualifications of the proposed team.
