Professional Engineering & Design Services for 14S - 16/24-inch Goodland Parkway Waterline

The City of Grand Prairie is seeking a professional engineering and design firm to provide services for the construction of a new 16-inch and 24-inch parallel water line system along Goodland Parkway. The selected firm will be responsible for concept plans, ROW purchase documents, utility company notifications, construction plan preparation, limited bidding services, and construction phase services. The firm must have experience in providing similar services, including design and construction of waterlines, and must be in good financial standing. The City expects the selected firm to work closely with City staff and maintain an open dialogue to ensure that the plans and specifications reflect the City's standards and priorities.
