Upgrade of Core Lending Management System Software

The New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) is seeking to enter into a sole source contract with Emphasys Computer Solutions, Inc. to upgrade its core lending management system and provide on-going technical support. The contract term is 10 years and the project involves all NYS counties.
