The California Air Resources Board is seeking a qualified communications firm to design and implement a comprehensive outreach and communications program for California Climate Investments. The contractor will develop a methodology, create written and video narratives, plan and support 5‑7 outreach events (no on‑site staffing), produce digital newsletters, execute six coordinated outreach campaigns, and manage regional tours (including van costs). All deliverables must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and adhere to accessibility standards. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award up to $400,000 for a 26‑month base term, with an optional 10‑month renewal up to $200,000. Preference points are available for DVBE, small‑business and distressed‑area participation.
