Description
The County of El Dorado is soliciting sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms to provide janitorial services at specific Department of Transportation facilities located within the County boundaries. The successful Proposer will be required to enter into a three-year agreement for services with the County. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual services such as cleaning floors, furniture, restrooms, kitchens, and performing other janitorial tasks. Proposers must provide cost information for all facilities/buildings listed in the RFP. The County will award one agreement with the top-ranked Proposer resulting from this competitive process to perform the janitorial services as described.
• Daily services: cleaning floors, furniture, restrooms, kitchens, and other tasks
• Weekly services: dusting, cleaning metal thresholds, and spot cleaning
• Monthly services: spot cleaning carpets, washing and waxing floors
• Quarterly services: dusting vertical surfaces, washing exterior windows
• Semi-annual services: professionally shampooing carpets
The County is looking for a Proposer who can provide high-quality janitorial services, has experience in similar projects, and can meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
