Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking a vendor to provide an existing system and service to scrape and distribute automatically BNL's job openings to various employment service delivery systems, including State Workforce agencies, Local Veterans Employment Representatives, and Career One Stop Centers. The vendor should ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and have the capability to add BNL as a new client to their existing client base. The scope of work includes providing an existing system that meets specific requirements, such as distributing jobs nationwide, being compliant with Foreign Capital Investment Law, and having the ability to scrape jobs from BNL's careers website and post them on the vendor's website. The vendor should also provide reporting, customer support, and outreach services.
Some key requirements of the system include:
• Minimum of 20 users for BNL
• Compliance with OFCCP regulations
• Ability to scrape jobs from BNL's careers website and post them on the vendor's website
• Redirects all applicants seamlessly from the vendor's website to BNL's Workday applicant tracking system
• Daily job updates
• Vendor-owned account creation, registration, and management in all authorized VEVRAA service states
• Provides a link to BNL's contact information and hiring locations
• Cross-posts BNL positions to all authorized VEVRAA service states, state workforce agencies, and vocational rehabilitation centers
