Project/Event Management Consultant for 2026 Building Hope for Children Conference

The Children's Trust of South Carolina is seeking a project or event management consultant to support the planning and coordination of the 2026 Building Hope for Children conference. The selected consultant will serve as project manager, guiding the internal planning team and ensuring that all conference components move forward on schedule and within budget. The conference aims to advance the shared vision of a South Carolina where every child thrives. Key responsibilities may include: • Guiding the internal planning team • Maintaining accountability across departments • Ensuring that all conference components move forward on schedule and within budget • Coordinating with various stakeholders and vendors • Managing the conference budget and ensuring that expenses are kept within budget The ideal candidate will have experience in project or event management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
