Description
The West Virginia Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for the purchase of Extreme Network Switches or equal. The equipment will be used to provide data connectivity at the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation offices throughout the state. The contract is for an open-end and continuing basis, and the vendor must be able to supply the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. Some of the key features required for the network switches include:
• 10/100/1000 Base-T 802.3at (30W) ports
• 1Gb SFP uplink ports
• Serial console port (RJ-45)
• USB A port for management or external USB flash
• USB Micro-B console port
• 1U rack mountable
• Fixed side-to-side cooling fans
• Fixed AC power supply.
The vendor must also provide technical assistance and operating system support for three years.
