Budget estimate

$250,000 – $300,000

The solicitation caps the city’s payment at $300,000, which represents the total contract ceiling. Assuming typical contractor profit margins (10‑15 %) and overhead, the net earnings for the successful vendor would likely fall between $250k and $300k. Factors influencing the final budget include the choice of stair material (granite vs. wood), actual quantities of riprap and geotextile needed, and any change‑order adjustments.
