Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking bids for the purchase of Dell Pro Rugged, Dell Pro Max Slim, and Dell Pro Max 18 Plus laptops. The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The successful bidder must provide new and unused equipment, and the contract includes a 5-year warranty for some items. The scope of work includes the delivery of laptops to the fusion center for the State of Maryland. Key requirements include:
• Providing product specifications for the laptops
• Including a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid
• Being an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer
• Providing the estimated ship date/lead time for each item
• Allowing for pricing to be valid for at least 90 days after the set due date
