Description
The City of Eastman is seeking bids for the construction of approximately 0.85 miles of asphalt resurfacing, including 1,139 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, 339 tons of OGI leveling, 85 tons of deep patching, and 1.70 LM of high build striping. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed. The bid shall be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications.
• The project includes asphalt resurfacing, OGI leveling, deep patching, and high build striping.
• The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days.
• Bid forms, plans, specifications, and contract documents can be obtained from Hofstadter and Associates, Inc.
• A Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Eastman for 10 percent of the amount of the bid, is required.
• The City of Eastman reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
