RFI – ITOD Ruggedized USB Thumb Drives

The FBI's Information Technology Division is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing ruggedized USB thumb drives with customization, serialization, and durable housings. The drives must meet specific requirements, including two required color variants (red and green), rugged aluminum or metallic outer housing, direct engraved or permanently affixed labeling, and secure attachment points. Vendors should submit their capability information, including product datasheets and specifications, minimum order quantities, and estimated delivery timelines. • The FBI requires ruggedized USB thumb drives for operational use. • The drives must have a rugged aluminum or metallic outer housing. • The drives must have direct engraved or permanently affixed labeling tied to a unique serial number. • The drives must have separate barcoding using Government-provided alphanumeric sequences. • Two color variants are required: red and green.
