Description
This statewide, fixed‑price term contract creates a single “one‑stop‑shop” for all audio‑visual (AV) hardware, warranties, installation, technical support, and event services for any public agency in South Carolina. The vendor must be able to supply at least one product in every AV category listed, deliver within 30 days of a purchase order, and provide on‑site installation and ongoing support. The contract is initially for one year with up to four one‑year renewal options, for a maximum term of five years, and requires the vendor to be a registered South Carolina vendor with all standard certifications and insurance.
• Supply new AV equipment across all categories (displays, projectors, sound systems, control systems, lighting, racks, etc.).
• Provide 90‑day minimum warranties, optional extended warranties, and full installation/technical‑support services.
• Deliver to any SC public‑sector location within 30 days ARO, with pricing submitted as fixed‑price unit rates and hourly labor caps for technicians.
