Prismatic Development Corporation Invites Bids from NYS Certified MBE/WBE/SDVOB Firms Project: DASNY – Hunter College NWE Buildings Elevator ModernizationBid Due Date: Friday, August 7, 2026 Prismatic Development Corporation, a general contractor based in East Hanover, New Jersey, is actively seeking bids from New York State MBE, WBE, and SDVOB certified firms for the DASNY Hunter College NWE Buildings Elevator Modernization Project. The project consists of replacing existing elevators and associated machinery in the North, West, and East Buildings at Hunter College. Work includes the replacement of 20 existing passenger, service, and freight elevators. The scope also involves work within elevator cabs, machine rooms, hoistways, pits, communication equipment, elevator lobbies, and related building systems.
