Generator Preventative Maintenance Services

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from competent parties qualified in providing Generator Preventative Maintenance Services. The successful bidder will be required to propose a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule to perform monthly tests, quarterly services, and one annual service with a 4-hour load bank test on all generators. The County has approximately 72 generators that require preventative maintenance throughout the county. • The preventative maintenance services will be performed on County-owned and operated generators. • The contractor will be required to collaborate with the project manager to determine what constitutes a repair and what constitutes a separate public works project. • The contractor must have a current C-10 (Electrical Contractor) issued by the California State License Board (CSLB) and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). • The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the California State Labor Code regarding prevailing wages.
