Memorial Drive Water Main Improvements

The City of Taneytown is seeking proposals for the construction of the Memorial Drive Water Main Improvements project. The project involves replacing 21 water services, replacing 3 hydrants, installing new valves, connections to the existing water system, installation of a new 6” water main, curb-to-curb pavement mill & overlay, and erosion & sediment control. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 7, 2026, followed by a site visit. The deadline for bid submission is January 23, 2026.
