The College of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide, rent, and service refrigerators and microwaves for 1,433 student residence rooms for the 2025‑2026 academic year and for the contract term through June 30 2029. The vendor will own the equipment, deliver and install units, maintain them, replace lost or stolen items, and manage a student‑contact database. Financial terms include a minimum annual revenue guarantee and a percentage share of gross sales paid to the College, with the contract awarded on an exclusive‑right basis for three years.
