Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department, on behalf of the Riverside Sheriff’s Office (RSO), is seeking competitive bidding for Electrolyte bottled beverages and electrolyte powder packets. The RSO provides law enforcement services across Southern California and requires these beverages to support personnel hydration during extreme heat, emergency responses, and physically intensive training sessions. The contract will be for one year, with an option to renew for up to four years.
• The contract requires the delivery of electrolyte beverages and powder packets to various locations across Riverside County.
• The bidder must submit their questions online at PublicPurchase.com by the specified deadline.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality.
• The bidder must register with the County of Riverside within five days of announced award to avoid delays in the purchasing and payment process.
• The County has implemented a Procurement Preference Program, which provides a 5% preference to Service-Disabled Veteran, Veteran, National Guard, and Federal Reserve Veteran-Owned Businesses, as well as Local or Small Businesses.
