Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for uniform apparel and accessories for all state agencies. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the best value based on price, delivery, embroidery/sewing, and minimum order fee. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to 6 additional years. Vendors must provide all required information, including pricing, delivery times, and product information, in order to be considered for award.
• The contract will be for the provision of uniform apparel and accessories, including but not limited to: Category A - Uniform Apparel & Accessories, Category B - Tactical Uniforms & Accessories, Category C - Law Enforcement Uniform Apparel, Category D - Flame Resistant Apparel, Category E - Hi-Visibility Apparel, Category F - Rain Gear, Category G - Performance Hunting Gear.
• Vendors must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System in order to submit a bid.
• All bids must be submitted electronically through the eProcurement system.
• The Commonwealth reserves the right to cancel or reject any bid that does not meet the requirements of the solicitation.
