Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide Rigid Business Card Boxes for Document Imaging. The solicitation is open for bidding from 1/7/2026 to 1/12/2026. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit their responses electronically. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications and conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must provide certification that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
