RFP for a prequalified list for perform contractor services

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is seeking a contractor to provide exterior home-related repairs, including roof, soffit, gutters, and fascia, siding, porch/deck repair and installation, ramps, private driveways, and sidewalks, fences, doors, and windows. The selected contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits and inspections, complete projects within 45 days, and clean up the work site daily. The contractor must also provide a warranty for services and materials used. The Authority is looking for a contractor with experience in single-family rehabilitation, local/state/federal grant experience, and location availability. The selected contractor will be awarded a contract for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The contractor must be licensed to do business in the State of Michigan. • The contractor must have experience in single-family rehabilitation. • The contractor must have experience with local/state/federal grants. • The contractor must be able to provide services statewide or by region. • The contractor must be able to complete projects within 45 days. • The contractor must be able to provide a warranty for services and materials used.
