Industrial Park Pump Station Replacement

The City of Newberry is seeking contractors to replace its existing Industrial Park Pump Station with a new, fully‑featured facility. The scope includes civil works, mechanical installations, electrical systems, and site grading to deliver a modern pump station that meets current wastewater conveyance standards. • Install a precast concrete wetwell and new control building. • Provide duplex suction lift pumps, diesel bypass pump, dual‑auger screen, and associated controls. • Lay approximately 254 LF of 12‑inch gravity sewer and 133 LF of 12‑inch force main, plus demolition of the existing station. • Perform electrical work, site grading, and all related demolition and restoration tasks.
