REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, FIXED BASE OPERATOR, FARMVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT

The Town of Farmville is seeking a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to provide aeronautical and support services to the flying public at the Farmville Regional Airport. The selected FBO will operate under a lease and operating agreement and will be responsible for providing services such as aircraft fueling, parking and tie-down management, terminal operations, and aircraft ground handling. The FBO will also be expected to comply with airport security and safety regulations and to provide regular reporting of operations and fuel sales to the Town of Farmville. Some of the key services that the FBO may provide include: • Aircraft fueling (Jet A and Avgas 100LL) • Aircraft parking and tie-down management • Terminal operations, including public amenities, pilot lounge, and restrooms • Aircraft ground handling and towing • Courtesy vehicle or rental car coordination • Sale of pilot supplies, oil, and related items • Basic aircraft maintenance coordination (if not directly provided) • Compliance with airport security and safety regulations • Regular reporting of operations and fuel sales to the Town of Farmville The Town of Farmville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and the award will be based on the proposal that is most responsive and most advantageous to the needs and objectives of the Town.
